Successful Non-surgical Management of Cesarean Scar Pregnancy

Ectopic pregnancy in the scar of a previous cesarean section contributes to significant maternal morbidity first trimester due significantly higher risk uterine rupture if left undetected. The routine scans done serve as an important screening tool detection such ectopic pregnancy. Early can aid making paradigm shift from surgical more conservative approach for management pregnancies. Here, we report case diagnosed sixth week gestation which was managed non-surgically with methotrexate and intracardiac potassium chloride injection.
